AN 220 is a proprietary coagulant/organic sulfide blend. The product is designed for use in industrial applications to precipitate low concentrations of heavy metals in situations where conventional treatment is inadequate.
AN 220 is especially effective in industrial applications where metals are heavily complexed or chelated. It is typically fed in conjunction with an AC series coagulant and AP series flocculant in order to increase sludge density and sedimentation.
