Medical device manufacturing often requires precision cleaning and surface treatment to remove machining contamination and prepare the device surface for further fabrication. Seacole offers a broad line of aqueous and solvent based chemistry to remove oils and other soils. Once clean, the surface can be plated or passivated using chemistry also supplied by Seacole.

There are many types of ancillary chemical products that medical device customers provide alongside their products.  Canister wipes, equipment cleaners and packaged lubricants are a few examples of items that Seacole can produce, package and private label for customers in an FDA approved facility.
